James Nadel is the Managing Member and President of EPA/MEMO-Cogen, Inc., which currently manages a portfolio of over 500,000,000 Kilowatt Hours of electricity on behalf of their customers. EPA/MEMO-Cogen, Inc. is also a partner with the New Jersey Clean Energy Department, as well as the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, and has been a pioneer in developing and implementing Energy Efficiency Projects with the benefit of State Incentives. Prior founding EPA MEMO-Cogen in 1987, Mr. Nadel was a successful real estate investor owning multifamily dwellings throughout the New York City area, and currently owns and manages several large retail shopping centers. Jim earned his B.A. in Political Sciences from NYU in 1972.
Mitchell Nadel is the Chief Financial Officer of EPA/MEMO-Cogen, Inc. His responsibilities, include budget forecasting, construction management and procurement, vendor and employee relations, human resource management, and state and federal compliance. Prior to his employment at EPA/MEMO-Cogen, Mr. Nadel managed 5,000,000 square feet of Class A office space for a AT&T in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Nadel earned a Bachelor in Communications Sciences from New York University in 2001 and an MBA in Information Technology Management.
Roger Nadel is Director of Operations of EPA/MEMO-Cogen, Inc. His responsibilities include customer retention, pricing, ESCO evaluation and analysis. Prior to his employment at EPA/MEMO-Cogen, Mr. Nadel was a branch manager for a global security firm in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Mr. Nadel earned his Bachelors in Business Administration from Fordham University.
