MEMO-Cogen, Inc. Announces the Development of an Oil-To-Gas System in The Bronx

MEMO is proud to announce the development of an oil-to-gas system in the Bronx, NY.

MEMO has hired Bryn Mawr Plumbing, a Bronxville-based plumber, to design and install the System at this 400 unit apartment building in the Bronx, NY.

System start-up is expected during the Summer of 2016; the System will save the building over $100,000 per year. MEMO is working closely with the building's owners to identify and negotiate this opportunity and many more.

EPA/MEMO-Cogen develops oil-to-gas, lighting, Solar Photovoltaic systems and other cost cutting measures for clients throughout many industries. MEMO-Cogen continues to actively seek projects over 150 kilowatts and larger on properties located in the State of New Jersey, New York.

Coupled with State and Federal Incentives, building owners who choose to invest in these projects could experience a 3 year payback. Other similar opportunities are available for not-for-profit organizations. Please see www.epa-mc.com for more details. If you would like to discuss a potential project, please contact James Nadel at jnadel@epa-mc.com or by phone at (914) 381-6300.
