RYE PLAYLAND GROCER TAKES A RIDE ON THE ENERGY-EFFICIENCY MERRY-GO-ROUND

EPA/MEMO-Cogen, Inc. of Westchester County, New York, a local energy services provider, which implements NYSERDA-subsidized energy conservation improvements, completed the lighting upgrade of Playland Market in the Spring of 2004.

The project involved the removal of the existing F96T12 surface strip fixtures and replacement with 4T8 reflectorized surface strip fixtures.

As with all of our lighting upgrades, the quality and quantity of light was greatly improved and the customer realized a two-year payback. The store appearance and brightness is significantly improved.
