CASE STUDY - LIGHTING UPGRADE

HEBREW INSTITUTE OF WHITE PLAINS - SANCTUARY AND BALLROOM LIGHTING RETROFIT

MEMO-Cogen, Inc. of Westchester County, New York, a local energy services provider, which implements NYSERDA-subsidized energy conservation improvements, completed the lighting upgrade of Hebrew Institute of White Plains in the Fall of 2007 and 2008.

The project involved the removal of the existing Metal Halide Fixtures and replacing them with MaxLite Spiral CFL.

As with all our lighting upgrades, the quality and quantity of light was greatly improved and the customer realized a one-year payback. Lighting costs were cut by over 30%.
