MC Solar Development Announces the Development of a Solar Photovoltaic System in Fords, NJ

MC Solar Development is proud to announce the development of a 60 kW roof-mounted Solar Photovoltaic System in Fords, NJ.

MCSD has hired Lucent Energy Management, a Hawthorne, NJ-based solar installation company, to design and install the System at this 75,000+ square foot church and school.

System start-up is expected during the Summer of 2016; the System's capacity will meet 100% of the building's electric power needs.

MCSD worked closely with the building's owners to identify and negotiate this opportunity. The congregation is excited for this opportunity and is looking forward to the day when they can say they saved because of their Photovoltaic System.

MCSD develops Solar Photovoltaic systems through Power Purchase Agreements. MCSD continues to actively seek projects over 150 kilowatts and larger on properties located in the State of New Jersey.

Coupled with State and Federal Incentives, building owners who choose a PV System could experience a 3-year payback. Other similar opportunities are available for not-for-profit organizations.
